2009

2009 has be a not so great year for me. It begins with a Break up between Dom and I on the first day on January. But Thank God that we patch things back because I know deep deep down in out hearts we still love each other very very much. We celebrated Valentine’s Day with Ridzuan my brother in law who happen to be the coolest in law ever!

Ashley and I also enrolled into UCSI a place where only the nerds and stupid people can survive. Believe it or not, UCSI just give us trouble EVERY SEMESTER with their online system to select subjects and NOW our fees are wrongly charge (the DEAN is yet investigate this issue). Also, we found out that WE actually failed our Media Writing Skill subject which made me nearly wanted to quit studying at UCSI. Bad memories aside, Ashley and I were chosen to be Student writing mentors by our lecturer and supported by the Excellent Learning Center of UCSI. My sister, boyfriend, Reema and we can’t believe we are actually chosen!

This year is also a significant year to Ashley because accepted the Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and savior on Easter day at Praise City church. Once again, Welcome to the kingdom of God. She also found out that she had a lump in her breast and she did the operation at Pantai Cheras. So far she’s ok now…

I was selected for a TM TVC (my first one) and C2 drink TVC and Anti Smoking TVC this year. Thanks God for His blessings. I must say that shooting for TVC is not as easy as we thought of. I was shooting for the TM one for 15hours or more and only a small part of it was used for the advertisement.

I’m actually planning for 2010 now. My ultimate goal is to visit Australia and NZ for Queen Reema’s graduation day. I am constantly reminding myself to save money so that I can spend more during the holiday. 2010 will be a year of LESS SHOPPING and more working. I know it’s damn hard for me. But I will try my best to do it! Let’s see what happen next year.

Christmas Parties....

Merry Christmas Everyone!!! I was kinda happy that I got invited to celebrate Xmas with the Myanmar kids at Puchong Grill King on sunday with all the other crew who helped throughout the production of the CD.Thank You everyone for putting so much effort to make this happen. The next day, I finally met up with my Queen Reema at Bangsar after she came back from her Bali trip. She got me this really cute purple batik dress. once again it's low cut n bare back!!! (Everytime also buy sexy sexy ones for me) Thanks Reema! love ya...

Yesterday was my 2yrs anniversary with Mr.Dominic Ong and we didnt really have a dinner for two this year (which we nvr did last year too cuz of stupid Doraemon show) but instead we celebrated with the whole Event bunch from Trinity Events. It was their company Xmas dinner! Darling got the singer which is a old uncle to sang a song for me and announce that it was our anniversary. Oh i forgot to mention that he got me flowers too....love you baby.

Pink Diva Birthday Party

Pink Diva Party was held at my house...Ya, i celebrated my 23rd birthday party with some friends coming over dressed in pink color. Thanks to Joshua chay that he manage to capture some good quality pictures for me. I would also like to thank everyone that came and wished me on my birthday. It was a birthday party that i always wanted; not messy but still have fun.

A day at Banting with Mavis!

It’s been almost TWO years since the last time we met…. May May aka Mavis is one of my bestest friend during highschool days. I still remember that I had family problems and she’s always there for me. I envy her because her mom always cook some simple dishes for her to bring to school which my mom never does that to me. I will be like ‘can I have a bite?’ and she’s always so kind to share her food with me. She comes from a simply family where her mom sews clothes for some factory and her dad working for some factory. Thank God that she inherited some of her mom’s sewing skill, she always sew those small little bags for me using the left over fabric from the factory her mom works at. I wish I still have one of it with me now…

Tuesday was her off day (she’s working at Berjaya Times Square now) and we decided to meet up and she wanted to go somewhere far and relax. BANTING! BANTING!BANTING!Was the only choice I had to do a one day trip with her. Thank God for friends!!! We were so blessed to have Kevin the professor as our tour guide! He is a guy who never fails to bring me for nice seafood and nice vacation spot.

Girlie Gathering...

Thank God for Facebook!!! I manage to meet my girls back after not contacting for about a year. It's great too see everyone grown up so much and the friendship still remains. Looking back at the times when we were in high school, we were so happy and i must say that we were more happy too!

Go to school in the morning, gossip in the class, wait for reccess time, talk about the boys in out tuition class and end of scholl session!!! That what we did 10years ago and now everyone is busy working and chasing for their dream. Some wish to earn more money to support their family, some are stil finding for their true love to come and some are STILL trying to stay and look as young as they were 10years ago. I really miss those days when I was the young little girl in the gang and everyone try their best to protect me in class.

I really Thank God for giving me a chance to me you girls back again and i promise to keep and treasure this friendship till eternity. Love you all!!! muax muax!

Raya was great so far. I manage to escape from my sister’s nagging by going back to Ipoh with Darling Ash, Nicole and Darling. We had dinner with my mom before leaving for Ipoh on Friday night. The journey to Ipoh was rather long because of the Raya holiday. On the second day of out trip, we drove down to Kuala Kangsar to help out at MC Ho’s Laksa Stall! We were Mc’s personal G-Force!!!

Today, Darling, Ashley and I brought my mom and ash’s God-ma for a day out. I must say that they had so much fun shopping, Coffee bean-ing, eating and gossiping. It was their first time meeting up but they we so friend that they hold each other’s hand while the shop. …Now, picture time!

So call semester break...

I was admitted to Pantai Cheras last Monday for her operation. I was so tired for the past one week, busy cooking for Ashley my slave and my ever so paranoid sister. My sister was on 7-day quarantine. I am practically being treated like a maid by my sister as she won’t do a single house chore even when she’s not sick. What’s ore when she has an excuse that she in SUSPECTED H1N1!!! She is being SUSPECTED not H1N1 positive!

She is such a hypocrite; she told us that the H1N1 virus can pass thru her saliva but only active for an hour. But she would leave her cutleries and plates everywhere after eating. She her cup was on the table for God knows how long…. Ash even keeps cheering me up by asking me to ask God for peace in my heart. Thanks sweetie.

Now that Ash is almost fully recover, I can have some rest but still I will give my best to take care of her. Just when I think I can FINALLY enjoy my holiday, paranoid sis sms me just now saying that her husband is on 5-day quarantine!!!! GOD!!! Please don’t test my patient again. I have to be prepare that I will get a lot of ‘task’ to do. I have a feeling that I have to fucking clean the house (like they care I’m having PMS) , throw the rubbish, cook for the semi-paralyzed quarantine man whom I hate!

Thank God for parties and best friends that cheer me up! Because I will be attending The Library soft launch with my besties on Wednesday night and not to forget the Bimba and Lola pre-view at Gardens! I’m waiting for Wednesday to come….

Dedicated to my Dearest Aunt!

I wasn’t feeling well for the past 2 days. As Ashley and I were rushing to complete our assignments, we had fever and I had coughed. I was feeling so ill everyday and I wish that this semester can come to an end ASAP!

Just now, after dinner we passed by a corner house having their funeral service (don’t know who died) and I suddenly make me misses my Aunt that I’ve been staying with when I was in high school… I shed tears that I never thought I would, all the memories with her just keep flashing in my mind now. Come to think of it, if she is still alive now I think she would be more than happy to attend my graduation to see me stand on that stage and receive my certificate. Graduation is something that my family wouldn’t even care about. But I do! She always knew that I had some talents… she never looked down on me even once…

I still remember during Form 2, I had to do my homework and cut those color papers for my pom-poms. She actually asked all the maids to help me with it so that I can get more rest and she is the one that always force me to drink Herbal tea. Enough to say, she is more than a relative to me. She is someone that is so close to my heart and until now she still has a place in my heart.

Henessy Artistry...

Thanks to Ah Friend for the Henessy Artistry VIP ticket...I manage to be UN-lifeless on saturday night. He was such a gentlement that he came ad pick us up...(We were speding too much time preparing) then the girls wanted to eat, he had no choice but the drive thru McD and Ta Pao-ed Mcd and finally rushed to the event. Oh dear..Thank God for VIP tickets cuz they came with the VIP Parking sticker too!!

On our way there...we saw many car parked along the highway as we approached Hartamas, we were so worred that we might need to park as far as they do...But manatau we are allow to parked inside the event venue and it was less than 5min walking distance. I must say that the Rela on that day did a good job!! *claps* they only get to eat around 10.30-11pm, I was them holding a boc of dunno what rice and a bottle of water only...I di appreciate all your work!!!! Thanks!

For the past 4 days I thought I will be very lifeless as Darling is working from thursday to sunday 10am -10pm everyday, Ashley the slave is away for BMW golf tournament at J.B and Kit kit & Kkl was supposed to be away too...

I was thinking...Gosh how should I spend my time alone for the nexst 4 days? I must say that it was all good! I managed to spend some time alone at home finish all on TVB series on friday, went out with my sister 2 on saturday and bumped into so many people! Then I also visited Darling at BTS for the Cut-A-Thon event and finally picked up my Slave from Tmn Desa and went to HENESSY ARTISTRY! yeah...It was so fruitful!

I must also say that College life is not as good as you think... I guess I was too use to 'The IACT' style and I worked too long for Hotshoes...I can't really accept student's working on their assignment attitude! Just last thursday la...(We had a group project) A girl actually cried because I was pissed with them for not informing us early that they can't attend the meeting and now the whole group thinks that Niki is so bossy and she's a bitch kinda thing..." Look at me...Do you think that i care?" Seriously, I don care. You bunch of kiddo have fun with your Charity concert and get ready to fail your project then...will upfate on the artistry event once i got the pics from slave!

I wanna be your mobile phone...

Sometimes how I wish I can be your mobile phone where you will answer each and every call, anytime and anywhere. Even when you're dead tired and sleeping..you will still answer calls from client or from the office.

Suprise morning!

I think most people hate it when yu know that you can wake up late but someone just woke you up early in the morning. That happened to me just now...

Usually i'll place my phones next to me when i sleep so that i can hear the alarm. This morning, when the phone rang i thought it was darling who wanted to wake meu up and have breakfast with me. while my eye was struggling to open i saw the caller name "Li wei mom". My EYE open immedietly!!!! I try to talk in an UN-sleepy voice...

It has been about 3 years since i got a call from this "God-Ma" of mine....

Happy anniversary!

23rd of June 2009 marks a special day in my life. It’s Darling Dominic and My one and a half year anniversary cum our 698days since we first talked to each other. The scene that darling wanted my phone number in front of IACT’s office counter is still very fresh in my mind now. For al the ups and downs, thick and thin that we’ve gone through…We finally can celebrate our 1and half year anniversary. Come to think about it, we’ve gone through so many things together. We travel to Ipoh, Penang, Bangkok, Melaka, Genting, we also attempted for a serious breakup beginning of the year, the first cake that I bake for you, the many many dinners that I cooked for you, the snoring that I have to bear every time I sleep with you and many more…Wow! I must say that it’s not easy to be with someone and maintain the relationship! Here’s a little something for you…

Thank God for Holidays, Vacation and MEETINGS! Sis3 and her hubby were off to Spore for the weekend and I gained my freedom on Saturday night. It was Juicy's (Edison chen's street wear clothing line) opening at Bangsar and after party at Zouk!!!!! I didnt really wanted to go actually but then my Darling Boyfriend was working on both friday adn saturday night. Then I decided to go with my darling slave.... Once again, we didnt dress to kill (not like other girls) on saturday night but we just as what we are comfortable with.

Hello Kitty and gang was in town during the two weeks school holiday. As i'm a big fan of hello kitty, I drag along Ash the slave and the darling boyfriend along to Sg.wang last friday... I was really happy and I must say that the roadshow was a big turn off for me...Didnt expect Hello Kitty to be that ugly...Here's some pics of us camwhoring before leaving the house.

I went for another TVC shoot for C2 (a new drink for Philipine) I bumped into Joshie's daddy, Uncle Alan and Adrian Kumar from IACT!!! The shoot yesterday was easier as compare to the TM tvc I did.While everyone was getting their skin burned, I manage to find a nice and comfy spot under the tent and better still - in front of the F-A-N! Check out the TVC in mid of july or early aug.
